We are a small group practice with offices in the Woodbury and Bloomington area. We are looking for like-minded clinicians to provide compassionate, trauma informed care. We are a growing company driven to support our clients and the clinicians who support them. We offer a fully furnished therapy office, separate play therapy office and lobby. We offer an EHR with billing and credentialing support, telehealth platform and clinic marketing. As an established practice, we have a steady stream of referrals and a very generous reimbursement split.

Changes Counseling and Wellness Center is seeking a self motivated, independently licensed mental health provider (LICSW, LMFT, LPCC) to work in our supportive, encouraging environment. Play therapy experience welcome but not required.
